Identifying Clients with HIV for Reporting and Care Management Purposes

Under eligible scope reporting, providers should report all Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) eligible clients on the RWHAP Services Report (RSR). Figuring out who these clients are can be a challenge, especially for large providers with a lot of data to sift through. 

In this session, Maria Freshman from WashU will talk about the agency’s approaches to finding the right clients to report on the RSR, including filtering out clients who shouldn’t be included in the client-level data file. Ryan Colonie from the Geisinger Health System will discuss an algorithm used to identify clients with HIV to connect to RWHAP case management.
