CRE TA Center

The CRE TA Center (National Technical Assistance Center for Contracting and Reimbursement Expansion with Medicaid and Marketplace Insurance Plans) was a HRSA cooperative agreement with Cicatelli Associates, Inc. The CRE TA Center provided TA to enable Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program-funded core medical providers to continue to provide high-quality HIV care to vulnerable populations in the current health care environment. TA services supported core medical providers to:

• Assess readiness and enhance capacity to modify organizational operations in order to successfully contract with Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care and/or Qualified Health Plans.
• Establish or expand third-party billing and reimbursement to ensure fiscal sustainability.
