HRSA's Global HIV/AIDS Program funds a number of training and technical assistance services for the international setting under PEPFAR. Many are based upon work of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.     The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) is a U.S. Government initiative. It's goal is to help save the lives of those suffering from HIV/AIDS around the world.
