By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:
- Understand the importance of developing a work plan
- Identify the 5 basic components of a work plan (e.g. SMART objectives, project goals, actions steps)
- Identify key roles and responsibilities to support work plan implementation
- Understand how to align internal work plans with the annual RWHAP Part A planning cycle
In this webinar, participants heard from Houston and Boston EMA representatives about their work plan development, implementation, and maintenance strategies. Guest speakers shared adaptations made to their work plans in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Presenters also shared examples of effective work plans for Part A Planning Councils/Planning Bodies.
