AAA Effort: Assessment, Alignment, Action

This session will explore the alignment process for Ending the HIV Epidemic and Fast Track Cities initiatives for the Austin transitional grant area in collaboration with key stakeholders. Participants will walk through a process for work plan development, facilitation techniques, engagement strategies, and leadership structure, highlighting efforts to engage disproportionately affected groups.

Learning Objectives

1. Demonstrate an understanding of models to structure an HIV Planning Council / Fast Track Cities / Ending the Epidemic collaboration.
2. Identify plan alignment techniques and steps toward creating a locally tailored Ending the Epidemic initiative.
3. Discuss a List Plan Alignment tool that initiatives can use to strategically parallel efforts and identify priorities.
