Description
This presentation will examine the adaptability of the ARTAS model for engagement and re-engagement into HIV care. Populations studied include individuals with no medical visit for more than 180 days and those with a detectable viral load at the time of enrollment. Programs can successfully tailor this model to improve their retention measures.
Learning Objectives
- Apply the tenets of the ARTAS intervention and tailor the model to meet the needs of diverse populations and fill program gaps.
- Leverage program income, prevention funds, or Part B case management funds to implement ARTAS.
- Define the tools needed to drill-down the data to identify and re-engage clients and to determine the efficacy of this model.
