Demonstration of how the Tarrant County HIV Administrative Agency, a multi-part RWHAP HIV-funded jurisdiction, implemented new and innovative financial processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. This required understanding changing community needs due to the pandemic, reducing subrecipient administrative burden, and aligning funding to meet specific client needs.
