Description

The Marketplace Open Enrollment period lasts only six weeks in most states, and RWHAP programs face challenges in ensuring eligible clients are enrolled or renew their coverage. Participants will gain new strategies for creating effective enrollment partnerships as well as how to prepare staff, partners, and clients for Open Enrollment.

Learning Objectives

  1. Develop staff training plans to prepare staff to support clients with enrolling in Marketplace health coverage options or private health insurance during Open Enrollment.
  2. Describe strategies to create effective enrollment partnerships with outside organizations or entities.
  3. Share strategies, resources, and information to increase health coverage enrollment for people with HIV.
