Housing Institute 201: Coordinating and Leveraging Housing within Systems of Care

This session will highlight strategies to coordinate federal, state, and local funding streams to improve viral suppression for clients experiencing unstable housing. This is a panel session, and attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas, best practices, and roadblocks, and ask questions.

1. Improve RWHAP Parts A-D recipients' understanding of how unstable housing impacts HIV health outcomes.
2. Highlight innovative strategies to integrate and leverage housing services within the service area.
3. Highlight ways that RWHAP Parts A-D recipients can create successful collaborations to address the housing needs of people with HIV.
