Improving HIV Health Outcomes through Coordinated HIV Care, Housing, and Employment Services

The HRSA RWHAP SPNS funded HIV, Housing & Employment Project provided people with HIV in low-income and racial and ethnic minority communities with coordinated care, housing, and employment services. Results of this study demonstrate the impact coordinated care, housing, and employment have on the HIV health outcomes of unstably housed and under/unemployed people with HIV.
