This session will explore the intersection between Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and HIV risk and provide technical assistance and training to Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients. This session will also review how IPV functions as a barrier to HIV care and treatment.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the intersection of IPV and HIV and its impact on viral suppression and retention in care.
  2. Explore best practices in utilizing the RWHAP to address IPV.
  3. Understand how to leverage the RWHAP framework to address IPV in the process of making continued progress along the HIV care continuum.
