Discussion of the state of HIV and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among colleges and universities, with an emphasis on historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) in the southeastern United States. The presentation reviews an example of a successful HBCU Routine HIV testing and PrEP program and provides a comprehensive implementation toolkit for college health settings.
