The Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s (MDPH) Office of HIV/AIDS (OHA) Part B program recently completed a multi-year process building a scalable and responsive CQM program. Staff from MDPH will review the program, highlight challenges and best practices, and share examples and lessons learned.

  1. Describe a successful and newly implemented clinical quality management program at the MPDH OHA.
  2. Identify best practices for building scalable and easily replicable CQM programs.
  3. Identify opportunities for collaboration in the development of a responsive CQM program.
