Description
The COVID-19 pandemic applied pressure to systems that yielded innovation in virtual collaboration, including clinical quality management (CQM). This session models facilitation and collaboration skills for doing QI using virtual visual storyboards to ensure interactive meetings and promote asynchronous QI exchange and documentation.
