Choosing an Improvement Project

Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII)

Course on the basics of choosing an improvement project. Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program recipients and subrecipients are required to have clinical quality management programs and conduct improvement activities (see Policy Clarification Notice 15-02).

The four modules are:

  • Performance Measurement
  • Data and How to Use It
  • The Model for Improvement
  • Plan-Do-Study-Act Cycles

Each lesson can be taken as a stand-alone learning opportunity or in sequence. At the end of each lesson, there is a five question, graded quiz. This gives organizations the opportunity to use this as a staff onboarding tool or a refresher.

CQII welcomes your comments on this learning opportunity.
