Review of the activities and tools used to conduct the end+disparities ECHO Collaborative, a multi-year national quality improvement initiative focused on reducing HIV health disparities among four subpopulations.
The Collaborative secured participation from Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients and subrecipients across all RWHAP-funded Parts. The project sought to reduce disparities by increasing viral suppression rates in four disproportionately affected subpopulations of people with HIV (PWH): MSM of Color, Black/African American and Latinas, Transgender People, and Youth.
The Collaborative continued the work of the end+disparities Learning Exchange, which was previously managed by the National Quality Center (NQC) and engaged RWHAP recipients from October 2016 through June 2017.
