Brothers United and the Damien Center’s joint Linkage to Care (L2C) program connects clients to in-house and off-site medical and social services that help prevent HIV infection and maintain the health of people with HIV (PWH).

Target Population and Services
LGBTQ youth, ages 13-24. Services include: comprehensive risk-reduction counseling; assistance with Medicaid enrollment; referrals for social and medical services; and support groups (MSM, HIV+ men ages 50 and older).
