What are the common ways that providers create their RSR client-level data XML files?

Most RWHAP providers use CAREWare, another RSR-Ready System, or TRAX to create their client-level data XML file. An RSR-Ready System is any data system which has demonstrated their ability to the DISQ Team to be able to create a compliant XML file for the RSR.
