Leading the Dance Towards Clarity on HIV Program Outcomes: Motivational Interviewing for Program Evaluation Conversations

This workshop will introduce a practical approach for focused and inclusive conversations about evaluation and HIV program outcomes. Motivational interviewing techniques are applied in the program evaluation context, using examples from Ryan White programs. Using motivational interviewing, the evaluator leads the dance in the desired direction while incorporating stakeholder input.
