Description
Reaching viral suppression for the last 10% is challenging! Three different clinical sites across the state of Missouri identified a way to stratify unsuppressed patients – those that are consistently viremic and those that are unexpectedly viremic. This presentation will focus on quality improvement (QI) interventions for patients with persistent viremia.
Learning Objectives
- Describe different ways to stratify unsuppressed clients.
- Identify QI interventions that target patients with persistent viremia.
- Recognize how a statewide quality team fosters collaboration for QI efforts.
