Preliminary results and lessons learned from RWHAP SPNS Capacity Building Assistance initiative and each jurisdiction's learning collaborative to facilitate the scale-up of evidence-informed interventions to address HIV care continuum gaps. The initiative is a collaboration between the University of California San Francisco and partners in Atlanta, New Orleans, Las Vegas, and Mississippi.
