This two-year retrospective explores the innovative approaches developed by 29 community-based organizations supported by the Women Informing Now (WIN) micro-grant initiative, designed to reduce stigma and isolation among cis and transgender women of color with HIV, including women with HIV residing in rural areas not connected to care.
