This workshop will introduce a practical approach for focused and inclusive conversations about evaluation and HIV program outcomes. Motivational interviewing techniques are applied in the program evaluation context, using examples from Ryan White programs. Using motivational interviewing, the evaluator leads the dance in the desired direction while incorporating stakeholder input.

The game was developed to address the common scenarios that occur which cause stress and confusion in the battle to weigh client needs against agency ethos and program requirements.
