This interactive workshop will share Virginia's experiences and lessons learned from the Virginia Consumer Advisory Committee (VACAC). The workshop will provide perspective on effectively engaging consumers in ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The session will highlight VACAC's structure and how it interacts with consumers, the Virginia Department of Health, and service providers.

Three different clinical sites across the state of Missouri identified a way to stratify unsuppressed patients – those that are consistently viremic and those that are unexpectedly viremic. This session is an overview of a Part F dental program's two-year journey to increase access to oral healthcare for people with HIV. The number of clients served, which was stagnant for several years, increased by 126% over the two-year initiative through increased collaboration and integration, dental case management, and innovative ways to increase capacity.

Massachusetts' statewide HIV Dental Services program is a unique collaboration across Ryan White Parts A and B to ensure all eligible residents with HIV in need of oral health services receive them. Data show that access to the program is associated with improved care continuum outcomes.

Transgender women and men are at markedly elevated risk for HIV. This session reviews a successful four-pronged approach to building the capacity of a large multi-site RWHAP-funded community health center network, in collaboration with a community-based organization, to improve delivery of HIV primary care to transgender women and men.

The HIV surveillance-based Agency-level Viral Suppression Report (AVSR) is intended to help RWHAP agencies understand viral suppression trends among their client population. Redesigning the AVSR to include viral suppression comparisons between additional client subgroups and vulnerable populations can expand agencies' capacity to identify health disparities and achieve equitable health outcomes.

Hennepin County Public Health (HCPH) matched a cohort of 5,500 Ryan White clients against county systems including Medicaid, other Minnesota public health care programs, food and cash support, emergency shelter and housing assistance, case management services, and the criminal justice system. HCPH is leveraging this data to reduce health disparities.
