In 2015, only 72% of pregnant women with HIV followed at the Grady Ponce de Leon Center returned for postpartum care within a three-month period of time. This workshop will describe actions taken to increase the number of women who kept their postpartum (fourth trimester) and ID appointments.

Ryan White Part B fiscal monitors in Texas developed processes and tools to identify, track, and report program income generated through the 340B program and other sources of revenue. Tools include a spending plan template and an allocation worksheet, which will be shared with other RWHAP recipients in this workshop.

This is an overview of complexities and challenges of implementing a Caps on Charges (COC) Program by a Ryan White clinic. Areas discussed include resource and personnel needs, patient eligibility and enrollment, revenue cycle work processes, challenges and barriers encountered, and goals to increase the number of patients engaged in the COC Program.
