Engaging Ryan White Program Consumers in Programs: The Training for Consumers Plus Program

Review of the Training of Consumers for Quality Plus Program (TCQPlus), which prepares a team of training partners (staff and consumers) to conduct conduct quality improvement trainings in their local jurisdictions.
