Since 2016, the HRSA-funded Center for Quality Improvement and Innovation (CQII) has convened short-form webinars on various quality management topics.
The collection has swelled to over 50 sessions. The latest is on use of quality management in non-clinical areas (e.g., data, human resources). Other sessions cover, for example, quality management and visualizing data, meetings, staff training, and use of QM tools (e.g., Driver Diagram).
