Additional technical tools for data reporting for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) have been released by the HRSA-funded technical assistance provider, DISQ (the Data Integration, Systems and Quality Team). In addition, HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau has released information about the HIV Quality Measures (HIVQM) Module, a tool within the RSR portal that allows recipients to enter aggregate data on the HRSA HAB Performance Measures. Use of the HIVQM is voluntary.
