This presentation will describe a distinctive urban telehealth program in a city with high HIV incidence and prevalence, and capacity building activities to increase provider and client engagement.

  1. Describe how telehealth can improve outcomes along HIV prevention and care continuums for people with HIV in urban areas.
  2. Explain how an agency can plan for and develop a telehealth program for Ryan White-eligible clients.
  3. Explain the implications of resource allocation for telehealth, including potential cost savings.
