Staff from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and CRI will present the fundamentals, best practices, and innovations for their clinical quality management (CQM) program that aimed to improve timely enrollment and retention in the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP). The presentation will include an overview of the transition to self-attestation and how organizational change supported a quality-driven approach.

  1. Describe a successful and newly implemented CQM program and Quality Committee of the Massachusetts ADAP.
  2. Identify best practices for monitoring and evaluating quality efforts to improve HIV service delivery.
