Lessons Learned From Linking ADAP Data with HIV Surveillance Data to Improve Health Outcomes in Massachusetts
HIV care measures for people with HIV enrolled in the Massachusetts AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) were compared to people with HIV not currently enrolled; results indicate that enrollees have higher frequencies of engagement and retention in care and viral suppression. Evaluation of the data provides insight that enhances programming and service delivery to reduce health disparities.

Positive Love: Improving Health Outcomes of Young, Black MSM with HIV in the Deep South

National Implementation of a Text-Messaging Intervention to Improve Antiretroviral Adherence among Youth with HIV
This workshop will explore two sites' (Brooklyn and Detroit) experience with the implementation of an evidence-informed intervention for black men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV. Access to telemedicine visits in a multidisciplinary urban HIV clinic allows for improved access to care for patients who have fallen out of care or those who have difficulty attending their appointments due to stigma, multiple comorbidities, or barriers related to work, transportation, or childcare.

Community Health Workers Improve Viral Load Suppression in Non-Treatment Adherent Populations to End the Epidemic
