UCLA Family AIDS Network, a Ryan White Part D recipient, will present its new Women and HIV bilingual education video series covering the topics of mental health and pregnancy. Through the Southern Initiative, CAI supported four Part A agencies in the South in integrating a Community Health Worker (CHW) model to address disparities in HIV outcomes. The session will describe the development of systems to collect, report, and use real-time data to track implementation progress and client outcomes. Results reveal promising client outcomes.

This presentation will look at the introduction of a clinical pharmacist in an urban, Ryan White-funded clinic, the impact on medication adherence, and the viral suppression and demographic trends observed over four years.
