The third session of our Integrated Planning Webinar and Peer Learning Series focused on Section IV of the Integrated Plan Guidance - Situational Analysis. During the webinar, presenters from IHAP TAC's partner NASTAD 1) reviewed the Situational Analysis requirements, including key differences between the EHE and Integrated Planning situational analysis components and 2) provided lessons learned and recommendations for developing the situational analysis.

We conducted semi-structured interviews with service providers to investigate current barriers, potential opportunities, estimated costs, and anticipated outcomes of program expansion for food, financial, transportation, and housing support services for RWHAP clients.

The COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) exacerbated homelessness and housing instability. NY EMA Planning staff worked collaboratively to address homelessness as a driving force of poorer health outcomes for people living with HIV. This presentation will illustrate community planning processes for addressing housing-related barriers among RWHAP consumers during the PHE.

Intended for those responsible for documenting and tracking implementation of their jurisdiction's Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan, this modifiable work plan from the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Division of HIV is a helpful starting place. Implementation activities included in the work plan support the four Ending the HIV Epidemic strategies–diagnose, treat, prevent, and respond–plus a fifth strategy, support, to ensure a truly accessible and responsive system of care.
