Implementing Evidence-Informed Interventions with Black MSM to Improve Access, Engagement/Reengagement, and Health Outcomes
This peer-led workshop will explore the implementation of evidence-informed interventions with black men who have sex with men (MSM) through Project CONNECT at AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland, Tailored Motivational Interviewing at the University of Mississippi, and TXTXT at the SUNY-Downstate HEAT Program in Brooklyn. Positive Love: Improving Health Outcomes of Young, Black MSM with HIV in the Deep South

Health Information Exchange and Peer Navigation: A Model to Engage Vulnerable Populations
