We will describe the development, early implementation, and simultaneous stepped-wedge evaluation of a novel structural intervention to promote viral suppression and reduce health disparities. The “data-to-suppression (D2S)” intervention involves enhanced Health Department data sharing and capacity building with providers of RWPA mental health, harm reduction, supportive counseling, and housing services.

This workshop will describe how the Los Angeles Area AETC developed an inter-professional practice (IPP) program with the Charles Drew NP program, USC’s School of Pharmacy, UCLA’s School of Medicine, and the West LA’s psychiatric residency program -- along with five Ryan White clinics -- to help develop the next generation of HIV teams.

Test-and-treat protocols are feasible within high-volume HIV clinics which serve rural and underserved communities to minimize the time to the first appointment to decrease time to viral load suppression.

Migration of residents between counties complicates the management of OOC lists, creating a need for streamlined data exchange and matching.
