Wellness Web 2.0

LINK LA
LINK LA is a 12-session, 24-week peer navigation intervention for people with HIV who are scheduled to be released from incarceration. LINK LA peer navigators focus on behavioral changes that promote medication adherence and retention in care, while providing social support and facilitating communication with medical providers. Maintaining Open Communication in a City without Power: A Communication Model Following Hurricane Ida
Following Hurricane Ida in New Orleans, Tulane ID providers utilized an innovative communication model to contact patients using a Google Voice number to act as the clinic call back number. Using this model, 88 out of 132 patients were successfully reached, with 36 percent of those that answered requiring urgent refills.
