This poster will provide information about approaches of the Black Women First Initiative in adressing HIV epidemic through the COVID-19 pandemic. Various strategies were developed and adapted by the 12 RWHAP SPNS demonstration sites by changing their existing systems for a more culturally responsive care for Black women with HIV.

The TargetHIV website is the central hub for RWHAP technical assistance (TA), with an audience of 40,000 unique users a year. Of these, approximately 25 percent access resources from data-related TA providers. This poster will describe how we collect and interpret website data to monitor and improve our dissemination approaches.

The results of training of peer educators to interview expert HIV providers in order to enhance student HIV knowledge and HIV testing in student health centers (and increased Vodcast viewing). Interview skills building was done by student health centers in collaboration with community partners including the Northeast/Caribbean AETC.

RWHAP Part A programs in Florida are housed within county governments, not the state department of health. This prevents direct data sharing, leading to outdated out-of-care (OOC) lists. Migration of residents between counties complicates the management of OOC lists, creating a need for streamlined data exchange and matching.

The percentage of people with HIV who could become pregnant and lacked designated form of contraception rose from 13 percent to 22.5 percent between April 2020-April 2021 in our Southeastern RWHAP clinic. We developed a reproductive health visit to reduce the rate of those with no contraception plan from 22.5 percent to 17 percent by July 2022.
