Historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) educate millions of learners, positioning these entities to enact greater strategies to counter HIV acquisition and spread. Three sites in the Special Projects of National Significance Black Men Who Have Sex with Men (BMSM) Initiative have developed and implemented innovative technology innovations to engage BMSM in care.
