Maintaining Open Communication in a City without Power: A Communication Model Following Hurricane Ida
Following Hurricane Ida in New Orleans, Tulane ID providers utilized an innovative communication model to contact patients using a Google Voice number to act as the clinic call back number. Using this model, 88 out of 132 patients were successfully reached, with 36 percent of those that answered requiring urgent refills.

Oral Health Data in CAREWare: Process optimization – the Baltimore EMA Experience

Normative data needs and SWOT analyses indicated need for process improvement strategies involving providers for better data quality. Enlaces Por La Salud
Enlaces Por La Salud is an HIV linkage, navigation, and education program for Mexican men and transgender women. The intervention is grounded in a transnational framework for providing cultural context to support the delivery of one-on-one educational sessions to Latina(o/x) people with a new HIV diagnosis, as well as people with HIV who are not yet retained in care.
