According to the funding announcement, "The purpose of this program is to support one organization through a cooperative agreement for up to four years to provide technical assistance (TA) to support and conduct a multi-system evaluation for a cohort of 5 demonstration systems funded under a separate announcement number, HRSA-24-107: A System-Level Syndemic Approach to Improve HIV Care and Treatment for People from Racial and Ethnic Minority Groups – Demonstration Systems."
