People aging with HIV are at increased risk and experience an array of comorbidities including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and neurocognitive impairment. This poster will demonstrate the implementation of Medicare Wellness Visits, outcome data and lessons learned.

Oral health problems in people with HIV are common and access to oral health care remains inadequate. Co-location of RWHAP and dental clinic improves accessibility. Our study aims to assess the effectiveness of integration of medical and dental services in improving access to oral health care through co-location.
