Staff will present a population-based, data-driven approach to the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) funding designed to improve program engagement and retention to reduce health disparities and maximize health outcomes. Reaching viral suppression for the last 10% is challenging! Three different clinical sites across the state of Missouri identified a way to stratify unsuppressed patients – those that are consistently viremic and those that are unexpectedly viremic. This presentation will focus on quality improvement (QI) interventions for patients with persistent viremia.
