HHS has funded multiple agencies to deliver technical assistance and training to Ending the HIV Epid
From HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau
HRSA is making updates to the Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) to support the transition to the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) system. The UEI is a new 12-digit alphanumeric identifier that will be provided by SAM.gov to all entities who register to do business with and receive awards from the federal government. The UEI will replace DUNS.
