
In October 2021, HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau revised its client eligibility and recertification policy for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. The two key changes include removal of the requirement to decertify every six months (with new flexibility to recipients and subrecipients to conduct timely eligibility confirmations in alignment with their own programs) and the affirmation that, for purposes of eligibility, immigration status is deemed irrelevant.
