HRSA is in a unique position implementing both RWHAP and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) programs. This advantage affords an understanding of the key components of successful intervention strategies of each program. Both domestic and global programs have documented their emerging strategies and evidence-informed models of care, which will be detailed at this presentation.

This session will outline establishment of community partnerships and implementation of housing, nutrition, and substance use treatment programs. It will detail contract development between the presenters’ clinic and community partners and outline how, following policy clarification notice (PCN) 16-02 guidance on allowable uses of program income, community partners are reimbursed in support of these programs.

The HealthCare.gov Open Enrollment period for signing up for health coverage has been expanded and will now run from November 1, 2021 through January 15, 2022. (Some state enrollment periods vary.) In addition, enrollment assistance programs are being expanded.
