Innovative, Integrated Care: Two Unique Deliveries of Telepsychiatry Services
Telepsychiatry has proven to provide better access and higher-quality care to patients who need psychiatric care as well as for those who have varying circumstances that make it difficult to engage in this service. Vivent Health has successfully integrated telepsychiatry within its medical home model. With two different service delivery methods, this presentation will look at the benefits of telepsychiatry for people with HIV, as well as the unique delivery methods Vivent Health provides in Wisconsin and Colorado.

Promoting Improved HIV Health Outcomes in Clients Experiencing Unstable Housing
This session will present strategies to improve viral suppression in clients experiencing unstable housing and homelessness. This includes both a recipient serving homeless clients and a RWHAP AIDS Education and Training Center that trains clinicians on strategies to serve clients experiencing homelessness. Leveraging HRSA and HUD Funding to Improve Outcomes for People Who Are Unstably Housed
In this workshop, two sites in HRSA's Improving Health Outcomes through the Coordination of Supportive Employment and Housing Services Initiative will describe how they work with their Part A Planning Councils and the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Coordinated Entry System to identify and obtain permanent housing for people with HIV who are unstably housed.

Bi-Directional Lessons Learned Across the HIV Treatment Cascase between the RWHAP and PEPFAR: White Paper
HRSA is in a unique position implementing both RWHAP and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) programs. This advantage affords an understanding of the key components of successful intervention strategies of each program. Both domestic and global programs have documented their emerging strategies and evidence-informed models of care, which will be detailed at this presentation.
