This presentation will look at the introduction of a clinical pharmacist in an urban, Ryan White-funded clinic, the impact on medication adherence, and the viral suppression and demographic trends observed over four years.

The presentation summarizes a population-based approach to assess those needs and to respond with training and other resources.
