Leveraging HRSA and HUD Funding to Improve Outcomes for People Who Are Unstably Housed
In this workshop, two sites in HRSA's Improving Health Outcomes through the Coordination of Supportive Employment and Housing Services Initiative will describe how they work with their Part A Planning Councils and the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Coordinated Entry System to identify and obtain permanent housing for people with HIV who are unstably housed.

Using Expanded Housing Categories to Improve Coordination and Service Provision for Clients: Lessons Learned from SPNS Initiatives
The panel will discuss experiences working with Ryan White and housing data, including the development of expanded housing definitions and findings from research. The workshop will engage participants to discuss what housing information is currently collected in their system and review what additional information it would be helpful to capture.

Addressing Disparities Using Quality Improvement to Make Measurable Differences: Experiences From the End+Disparities ECHO Collaborative

Reducing Barriers to Care for People with HIV with Visible and Invisible Disabilities
Using data to identify disability-related needs of RWHAP provider agencies and clients to assess outcomes along the HIV Care Continuum, the New York HIV Planning Council developed with recipient support recommendations to better accommodate people with HIV with disabilities living in the New York EMA to improve service delivery, engagement, and viral suppression.

Test-and-Treat Protocol in a Rural State To Decrease Time to Undetectable Viral Load
Oklahoma has been classified by the Department of Health and Human Services as one of the seven states with a high rural HIV burden. Test-and-treat protocols are feasible within high-volume HIV clinics which serve rural and underserved communities to minimize the time to the first appointment to decrease time to viral load suppression.

Ending the Epidemic: Education and Advocacy with City Government
Through involvement with city HIV commissions, Ryan White programs can have a significant impact on the education of local government officials about the needs of persons with HIV and related disorders to access treatment and support services for HIV, hepatitis, and behavioral health.
