Borinquen Health Care Center is an FQHC and began providing Rapid Start services as part of the Miami-Dade County RWHAP Part A initiative to pilot Rapid Start services throughout medical centers in the county. They provide Rapid Start services in all nine of their locations throughout the Miami, Florida area, and serve Hispanic and Haitian populations. They benefit from a strong partnership between the Miami-Dade County RWHAP Part A and the Florida Department of Health RWHAP Part B to provide ART medication to their clients.
