Overview of the HRSA technical assistance project: Sustainable Strategies for RWHAP Community Organizations. This project supports AIDS Service Organizations (ASOs) and Community Based Organizations (CBOs). It identifies the ASOs and CBOs most in need of critical assistance to make changes in health care delivery and financing. This is accomplished by connecting them to information, training and technical assistance (T/TA) to meet identified needs.

Kevin J. Burns, Executive Director and Beth Hagan, Deputy Executive Director from Action Wellness. They described how they enhanced the organization's business model from a stand-alone AIDS Services Organization (ASO), to partnering with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
